Our Programs
At Covenant Shelter, we meet residents where they are, providing opportunities to build skills and meaningful ways to connect, grow, and prepare for the next chapter.
CREATE Recreation Program
CREATE is Covenant Shelter’s recreation and enrichment program, offering residents opportunities to learn new skills, explore interests, build relationships, and enjoy meaningful activities. Through creative and educational programming, CREATE provides a welcoming space where residents can take a break, connect with others, and build confidence all the way.
Covenant’s culinary program gives residents hands-on experience in a kitchen while preparing meals for the shelter community. Participants have the opportunity to earn ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Manager certifications, gaining valuable credentials that can help open doors to employment in the food service and hospitality industries. The program combines practical experience, career development, and certification to help residents take that next step toward greater independence.
